Mutual of Omaha has made a few updates to the MutualCare® Solutions Product Guide:

Added expedited/overnight premium payment mailing addresses for both USPS and FedEx/UPS. [Pages 24, 37, and 38]
Increased the combined traditional LTC policy maximum benefit limit from $500,000 to $720,000. [Pages 9, 10, and 17]

The updated Product Guide is now available on Forms & Materials and Sales Professional Access.

Home Health Care Enhanced has launched in the following states: AK, DE, ND, and OR. It will replace Home Health Care Select in the launched states. The product availability chart has also been updated.

Home Health Care Enhanced from ManhattanLife launched July 13, 2026, in Maine, New Hampshire, and Washington, D.C. This brings availability to 27 states.

Hospital Indemnity Select from ManhattanLife became available in Oregon on July 20, 2026, giving you another opportunity to help clients prepare for expenses associated with a covered hospital stay.

The first phase of ManhattanLife’s Unified Agent Experience is here, bringing a major refresh to the Agent Resource Center. The updated Agent Resource Center delivers simplified access, a unified dashboard, and improved performance. Additional ARC and EasyAppoint functionality will be introduced in future phases.

A new client-friendly HHC Enhanced trifold is available in the Agent Resource Center. Use this concise alternative to the traditional brochure to introduce the coverage and its key benefits to prospective policyholders.

The Thrivent mobile app has been upgraded, making it easier for clients to manage their finances on the go with more self-service options. Clients can now handle all payment types—including long-term care insurance premiums—right in the app. A new bottom navigation bar also makes it easier for clients to find what they’re looking for

SecureCare™ IV, Securian’s newest long-term care (LTC) and whole life insurance policy, launches in Montana on August 10, 2026. With this release, SecureCare IV will be available in all states except California and New York.

In case you missed it, the Home Health Care Enhanced product with ManhattanLife is now available in Colorado, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wyoming — with more state approvals coming soon!

GTL’s Agent Portal login process now includes Multi-Factor Authentication to enhance security and verify your identity. Your existing username and password have not changed.

To help keep your account secure, you may choose to enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication which offers two verification options: receive a one-time code via text message every time you log in, or biometric authentication with face/touch ID.
