Effective Aug. 11, 2025, Lincoln MoneyGuard Fixed Advantage (2025) will be made available in Indiana and Montana. This product is universal life insurance, which provides a death benefit and long-term care (LTC) coverage through a rider. Following a transition period, MoneyGuard Fixed Advantage (2025) will replace the currently sold MoneyGuard Fixed Advantage®– 01/22/24 in these states.

Effective immediately, Nationwide has expanded citizenship and residency criteria for its suite of CareMatters® long-term care (LTC) solutions. Eligibility now includes the 3 following visa classifications: EB-5, H-1B, and H-4. Applicants under these visa types must also have a minimum U.S. residency of 3 years and an established history of medical care in the U.S., sufficient to support the simplified underwriting for CareMatters.
